Ryan Mear was born and raised in Merrimack, NH. He came to the NCC in the summer of 2010, fell in love with the work and signed up for another year. During this time he was deeply inspired by his supervisor, Anthony Smith, to continue with this work, took part in the NCC's Crew Leader Training and is now a supervisor. He loves the mountains, the Patriots, working outdoors, and spending time with his girlfriend. Ryan's dream job would be driving monster trucks or becoming a pro bass fisherman.
